The location was excellent and great for traveling around Puebla, adjacent to the main square in Puebla and the historical center, next to Museo El Amparo and Mexico. The room was large, there were television, a writing table, and an iron. The staff was helpful and amicable at all times.

The room was decorated beautifully and the common areas were colorful and inviting. The hotel had a lovely terrace and the restaurant next door served delicious cemitas. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was a welcome treat. I loved every moment of my stay at Bacantes.
